AMO Sterile Saline Solution Preservative Free 12 Ounces
User Ratings and Reviews
5 Stars You don’t need the preservatives!
For rinsing contact lenses before putting them in your eyes, this is the best product. It has NO preservatives, so it’s the best for sensitive eyes (much better than so-called “sensitive eyes” products which are full of chemicals.
Note that since this is just buffered saline, it’s no good for chemical disinfection!
5 Stars Excellent product! Would not be a happy contacts wearer without this
Like the essentially identical product offered by Blairex (also offered here at Amazon.com), this is a SUPERB product for a soft contact lens wearer. I was first introduced to this product 13 years ago. Thank goodness! Had not used anything like it prior, but after day 1 of useage, I was hooked.
Yes, it does the cleaning you want and need just prior to inserting your contacts and starting you day. But I would also not part with it for these reasons: travel, sports, occasionally napping with contacts in and then needing to rewet them for wearing comfort.
This is an excellent product. Worth the money. Keeps your contact lens wearing comfortable and problem-free. Combine useage of this with a strong daily cleaner like MiraFlow and the various enzyme tablets once a week & you will take care of your eyes & vision.
Amazon, thank you very much for making this product available here for us online. I appreciate this very much! (I do not see this this Lens Plus product on store shelves anymore. Makes ZERO sense to me; no user of this product I know is unhappy with it. Everyone stays a customer with it.)
Again, Amazon, THANKS!
5 Stars Great Saline!
Boy, am I glad to see this on amazon.com. It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find here in stores and when you do, it’s about $6 a can! If you’re allergic to thimerosal, grab this stuff. I’ve been using it for 20 years and it’s just nothing short of a Godsend for me. Sure hope amazon.com keeps this great price!
